This means that if you use contact forms on our site or send emails to addresses provided on the Service’s website, we process your data such as name, surname, email address, phone number, address, IP address, company name, and other data provided by the User. The controller does not process special categories of data.

2. Aggressive Marketing Limited is also the data controller for individuals subscribed to the newsletter.

3. Personal data is processed:

   1. in accordance with data protection laws,
   2. in line with the implemented Personal Data Security Policy,
   3. to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape, amend, or terminate the Agreement and correctly deliver electronic services,
   4. to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (lawful purposes) and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the individual concerned,
   5. in accordance with the consent given by the User if they have subscribed to the newsletter,
   6. the data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the specific form,
   7. data is collected only to the adequate, relevant, and necessary extent in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

4. Every person whose data is processed has the right to access the data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to it, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6. We reserve the right to process the User’s personal data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for pursuing any potential claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.

7. Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawing consent or lodging a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

8. The controller makes every effort to protect data from unauthorised access by third parties and applies high-level organisational and technical security measures in this regard.

To maintain, develop, and analyse relationships with Users, and for creating statistics and marketing products and services, Aggressive Marketing Limited uses profiling based on the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects, in particular to analyse or predict preferences, interests, location, or movements.

10. Users’ personal and operational data may be disclosed to external entities, such as:

    1. Processing entities to which Aggressive Marketing Limited has entrusted personal data processing under a relevant agreement, acting on behalf of Aggressive Marketing Limited, if necessary for the execution of the agreement to which the person concerned is a party;

11. Users’ data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area by default nor shared with international organisations. If data is transferred to recipients in third countries, Aggressive Marketing Limited will use standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, providing basic guarantees for the User’s data security.

12. Our website may include social media features such as Facebook or Instagram buttons. These features may collect certain information about visitors to our website, such as IP address or browsing history, and may set cookies in visitors’ browsers. Please note that the processing of data collected in this way is subject to the privacy policies of the social media network operators and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

13. We strive to minimise the storage period for personal data that is no longer in use. However, we inform you that such situations may occur due to operational and technological reasons.

14. Data will be processed for marketing purposes until the User withdraws their consent for such processing.

For contract or service performance, data will be processed for the duration of the agreement or services provided by Aggressive Marketing Limited and, in justified cases, after their conclusion, but only if allowed or required under applicable law, e.g., for statistical, billing purposes or to pursue claims. In such cases, data will be processed only for the period necessary to achieve the relevant purposes.
