This page explains how to disconnect your Facebook account from your account on kumplo.com and how to delete the data we received from Facebook. The data controller is Aggressive Marketing Ltd. The website offers sign-in with Facebook through the app “Cleafs WP Login” (App ID: 2077506492830612).

What Facebook data we keep

When you sign in with Facebook, we receive the following data from Facebook and store it:

  • first name and public name,
  • profile picture,
  • Facebook identifier,
  • the email address assigned to your Facebook account.

We do not read your friends list or posts. How we use this data is described in the Privacy Policy (point 6.3).

How to disconnect your Facebook account

  1. Sign in to your account on kumplo.com. You can use the one-time code sent to the email address of your account.
  2. In your account, open the “Security” tab.
  3. In the “Sign-in methods” section, find “Facebook” and click “Disconnect”.

The connection is removed immediately. At the same time, we delete from the website’s database the Facebook data listed above and the encrypted access key (token) issued by Facebook, if it was stored. Your account on the website and your order history remain. You can keep signing in to your account with a code sent to your email address or with another method you have enabled.

How to delete your account and data

You have the right to request deletion of your data (Article 17 GDPR and, in the United Kingdom, the corresponding provision of the UK GDPR). Write to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. In the message, give the email address of your account on kumplo.com. If you know your Facebook identifier, please give it too: it will help us find the connection. We may ask you to confirm your identity if we have reasonable doubts about who is making the request. Use this route also if you cannot sign in to your account.

We carry out the request without undue delay and in any event within one month. Data we are required to keep (sales documents, data needed to defend claims, a block list entry) are kept only to that extent and until the end of the period in section 13 of the Privacy Policy.

You can also delete your account yourself: in the same tab, in the “Delete account” section, click “Delete my account” and confirm. Deleting the account disconnects all sign-in methods, including Facebook. Order history is retained in the system for accounting purposes.

How to withdraw the app’s access on Facebook

Disconnecting the account on our website does not remove the app from your Facebook account, and removing the app on Facebook does not delete the data stored with us. To withdraw access on the Facebook side:

  1. On Facebook, click your profile picture, select “Settings and privacy”, then “Settings”.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click “Apps and websites”.
  3. Next to the app “Cleafs WP Login”, click “Remove”, then click “Remove” again to confirm.

After removal, the app can only access public information from your Facebook account. The names of the options may differ slightly depending on your device and the version of Facebook; the current instructions are in the Facebook Help Centre: https://www.facebook.com/help/170585223002660
